- 9FL2377 - Pensacola, FL Delineated Area The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 2,113 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, approximately 2,430 rentable square feet, of contiguous office and related space in Pensacola, FL within the following delineated area: DELINEATED AREA: North - West Jordan Street East from North D Street to left fork, where it picks up West Maxwell Street South - Bayfront Parkway from North 14 th Street to West Chase Street, then West Chase Street to North D Street East - North 17 th Avenue West - North D Street REQUIRED: Two (2) surface, reserved parking spaces are required on-site. Space must be located in contiguous blocks and in an office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not accept sub-leases. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
