THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): BSE Performance LLC W91238-09-A-0010 TAS::96 3135::TAS RECOVERYPROJECT#::17680::RP# Success Lake, CA - Provide critical labor and contract work for education, prevention and management of rapidly expanding invasive zebra/quagga mussels. These invasive species have a negative impact on project's ability to fulfill it's primary flood control mission. * Replace severely cracked and deteriorated concrete slabs under Picnic Arbors in South Tule Recreation Area improving visitor health and safety. * Install vault restroom in Wildlife Management Area eliminating the need for portable restrooms and to reduce sewage pumping. * Install tractor/equipment carport type shelter protecting maintenance equipment and reducing long term maintenance requirements. * Replace irrigation system for North Tule Campground conserving water and reducing electrical usage. * Install Modular American Disability Act playgrounds replacing hazardous playground equipment improving health and safety of park visitors. * Install cement curbing for 10 campsites in Tule Recreation Area reducing erosion and improving visitor health and safety. * Remove hazardous trees in lake improving boating safety and reducing potential damage to dam intake structure. * Upgrade electrical service to campsites improving visitor health and safety and electrical efficiency. * Remove vegetation on Frazier Dike allowing for inspection and reducing rodent activity. * Install new entrance station/lake patrol building improving efficiency of heating and cooling systems. * Repair badly deteriorated roads, reducing future costly replacement and improving staff and visitor health and safety. * Replace outdated and deteriorated waterborne restrooms in Tule Recreation Area improving water conservation and reducing electrical usage. * Pave access road and parking area near group sites in Tule Recreation Area reducing erosion and improving visitor and staff health and safety. This contract action is for pavement for picnic areas and curbing.
