Description

Scope of Work for Sprinker Replacement Project. Contractor will provide the following services: Admininstration Building: Replacing sprinkler heads and lines as needed. Updating or reprogramming controllers as needed. Replacing or updating valves as needed. Checking back Flow valves and repairing as needed. Locate line and valves on the system Gym: Replacing sprinkler heads and lines as needed. Updating or reprogramming controllers as needed. Replacing or updating valves as needed. Checking back flow valves and repairing as needed. Locate lines and valves on the system. Dorm: Replacing sprinkler heads and lines as needed. Updating or reprogramming controllers as needed. Replacing or updating valves as needed. Checking back flow valves and repairing as needed. Locate lines and valves on the system. Sports Field: Replacing sprinkler heads and lines as needed. Updating or reprogramming controllers as needed. Replacing or updating valves as needed. Checking back flow valves and repairing as needed. Locate lines and valves on the system. Large Rugby Field: Replacing sprinkler heads and lines as needed. Updating or reprogramming controllers as needed. Replacing or updating valves as needed. Checking back flow valves and repairing as needed. Locate lines and valves on the system. Replace old wiring as needed. Install electricity as needed to the controller. The Contractor is to provide written warranty for the above statements at the time of completion. A Bidders walk through will be held March 24, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Please confirm your attendance with Lisa Thomas-Purchasing Agent at thomas.lisa@jobcorps.org All Bids will be due April 9, 2010 at 5 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
