Description

RECOVERY - A GSA Schedule task order, HHSP233201000232G, for $2,155,617.00 was issued to Momentum Systems, Inc. on March 4, 2010. The task order is for development and consultative support in updating and modernizing the existing Program Information Management System Case Management System, resulting in a new version (PIMS 2.0) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR). This task order is being funded by American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. The task order was competitively awarded under FAR Part 8.4. This task order was awarded as Time and Materials because it is not possible, at the time of award, to estimate the extent of the work with any degree of confidence.
