- Description
- This project is a request for quotations to provide Optical Services at the Pine Ridge Civilian Conservation Center, located near Chadron, Nebraska. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov, must have completed electronic representations and certifications on the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov, and must provide a copy of their current licensure of optometry to practice in the state of Nebraska with their quote. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. The performance period is 365 calendar days, July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, for the base period, with 4 option year periods, which may be exercised at the Contracting Officer’s discretion. The NAICS code is 621320. The small business size standard is $7 million. This project is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The estimated price range for the base year and 4 option years is between $100,000 and $250,000. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Quotes can be submitted directly from the information provided in the solicitation package as posted.
