Description
Site Visit Sign in Revised Scope of Work Questions and Answers Part 2 Questions and Answer Part 1 Summary of changes on Mar 5, 2010. Amended this solicitation as follows: 1. Revised Scope of Work is posted. The changes were posted last week, but we believe the actual revised SOW document was omitted. Changes are as follows with changes identified by vertical line in margin: a. Project 1A, Page 17 - added a sentence to require two training sessions for the lab occupants for the new fume hood controls b. Project 1A, Page 18 - added a paragraph to describe the existing Phoenix controls in the one lab, but stated the scope remains the same and the existing controls and valves cannot be reused. c. Project 1A, Page 18 - added that there is one CV exhaust fan (EF-22) that serves one lab, not fume hoods and shall remain CV d. Project 1A, Page 18 - added the word "arrangement" as there may be two sash's per fume hood, so it's an ODP per arrangement e. Project 1A, Page 18 - added that the electrical power panels for the labs are located in the corridors outside the labs. The new controls shall be feed from normal power, not emergency power. i. Did you want us to state that there are spares circuits or assume there are spare circuits? I did not include this. f. Added additional photographs on pages 39 to 49 (18 more photos). Included a note that the above ceiling conditions may not be representative of all lab rooms. Ok? g. Project 2, Page 51 - added the scope for replacing the 29 pneumatic actuators in Building 15 h. Project 6, Page 55 and 56 - scope change for the BAS Networks. i. Project 9, Page 62 - clarified that all HW valves are two-way j. Project 10, Page 66 - added Building One, so they bypass leg balance valves are closed in both Building One and Two k. Project 15, Page 87 - removed Building 11 from the air-side economizer l. Project 16, Page 96 - took out building gas and water meters and added Addendum to make consistent with other buildings. 2. Questions and answers are posted. 3. Zip files with enlarged versions of drawings (all previously provided, but difficult to read) are posted. These are secured. 4. We are posting PDF copies of the Building 15 (McKelvey FB) mechanical drawings. 5. Site Visit sign in sheet
