- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for Project 610A4-09-113, Renovation and Expansion of Clinical Space 3W, Building 1, at the VA NIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, as detailed on the contract drawings and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to renovation of selected rooms on 3W in Building 1, demolition of walls, flooring, and ceilings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, piping and sprinkler piping, general construction, and other alternations. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Applicable NAICS is 236220 and $33.5 million applies. This project is 100% set-aside for a service-disabled veteran owned small business. Completion time is 255 days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. Solicitation will be available on or about March 31, 2010 with an estimated bid opening of May 1, 2010.
