Description

The Jonathan M Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center (AKA: Walla Walla VAMC) in Walla Walla, WA is seeking an Integrative Heath and Wellness Program Facilitator to design and promote wellness in all facets of life, including nutrition choices, fitness, relaxation, and anxiety and depression testing for veterans and employees. The solicitation will be for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.3. All quantities shown in the schedule will be estimated. Therefore, there will be no guarantee, stated or implied, as to the actual quantities that will be purchased under impending contract. See terms and Conditions VAAR 852.216-70, Estimated Quantities (APR 1984). 1. The government anticipates awarding this solicitation as a fixed-price, Purchase Order (PO) for Services. The services provided in the PO will involve non-personal services. 2. In accordance with FAR 12.101, the services requested in the impending solicitation are commercial item services. These services were formerly being performed by a commercial contractor prior to issuing this solicitation. 3. NAICS Code: NAICS code 611710 applies to this acquisition. 4.
