Description

RECOVERY - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for Hatchery Alarm System Upgrade at the Nashua National Fish Hatchery located in Nashua (Hillsborough Co.), New Hampshire. This procurement is unrestricted. The work under this project consists of providing a dependable, efficient, and cost effective alarm system to monitor and alert staff to problems with wells, pumps, valves, piping, filters, heaters, power supply systems and electrical systems that support critical water management for the hatchery. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation package including technical specifications, drawings, and proposal documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about March 23, 2010. Proposals will be due on April 20, 2010 by 4:00 pm (eastern standard time). Interested contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply to this work.
