- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SA130110RZ00036. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The full text of clauses referenced herein may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far/. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code is 541110 and the associated small business size standard is $7.0M. The Government shall award one fixed unit priced task order type contract as a result of this RFQ. Requirements of this RFQ including the Statement of Work, line items, submittal requirements, evaluation and award criteria is attached to this synopsis.
