Description

RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This project is located in the Apache/Sitgreaves National Forest. To perform an assessment to identify, mark and remove hazard trees on approximately 200 acres of identified recreation areas across the Apache Zone (Alpine and Springerville roads). The recreation sites across both districts have been analyzed for Hazard trees and were prioritized by each district and a map will be provided. This solicitation could result in a long term contract. ****NOTE: THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL BE UPLOADED TO THIS WEBSITE ON OR ABOUT MARCH 22, 2010. PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO ASK WHEN THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED AND WHERE ARE THE DRAWINGS. THE DRAWINGS AND STATEMENT OF WORK WILL BE WITH THE RFP***** THE RFP WILL CLOSE ON APRIL 21, 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME The solicitation is being conducted as a Small Business Administration set-aside (FAR part 19) and offers will only be accepted from certified businesses. Note: No paper copies of the solicitation will be provided. All information needed to make an offeror will be provided under this solicitation on or about MARCH 22, 2010. Please see the solicitation for site visit information. Only electronic offers will be accepted by uploading through this fedbizopps.gov website.
