Approved source of supply is Helicomb International, Inc., CAGE 6W159, P/N 70219-04704-041. Export Control applies. Qty is 32 each and will include a 100% option for increased quantity. Solicited Sole Source HUB-Zone set-aside, other than full and open competition, 245 days ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This is a HUB-Zone set-aside only offers from sole source HUB-Zone manufacturer (CAGE 6W159) or HUB-Zone dealers furnishing sole source HUB-Zone manufacturer (CAGE 6W159) product will be considered. Item is critical application but not CSI. Configuration control applies. Contractor First Article Testing required. Item identified as a surge item by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be made available to requestors. Anticipated solicitation issue date is March 22, 2010.
