- This pre-solicitation notice is for 1 ea., shallow water boat, Marsh Hunter 1860 with 35 hp motor and drive-on trailer or equal. The items are to be delivered to Clarksburg, WV. The award will be a fixed price contract with a delivery date of 30 days after date of award. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339912 size standard of 500. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 8 March 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS. If offering an (or equal) item vendor must submit all specifications, technical data and pictures for evaluation.
