- This acquisition resulted from a competitively awarded firm fixed price contract "Construct Water Wells and Waste Water Systems/ Repair Water Wells" on Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona in accordance with existing state, local, and federal laws and regulations. The purpose of this modification is to add additional to CLIN 0001. The CLIN was inadvertently underfunded, on the initial award, due to a Government administrative error in not updating the contract to the correct proposal amount. The contractor's proposed cost for CLIN 0001 was $255,206.00. TH initial award was $255,206.00. Purchase Order F1P35D9328A001 adds $30,000.00 to CLIN 0001 to correct this error. The total value of this contract is increased by $30,000.00 from $4,729,955.00 to $4,759,955.00. The increase to the contractor's proposal was verified to have change on the contractor proposal evaluations.
