Description

The project consists of work including, but is not limited to, replacing existing motor control panels for three pumps; installing a new manual transfer switch, wiring, conduit, and an external enclosure for future connection of a portable generator (portable generator to be provided by others); installing a new main service disconnect ahead of the new manual transfer switch; replacing the existing surge suppression on the main distribution panel; and other work necessary to complete the project. ESTIMATED RANGE: $100,000 to $250,000 CALENDAR COMP. DAYS: 120 calendar days Unrestricted Procurement.
