Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Services Centers Division, Manhattan Acquisition Unit (2PSAM), intends to award a task order under an existing multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Building Exterior Architectural Performance Study and Main Floor Door Replacement, located at 201 Varick Street, New York, NY. The acquisition is being funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT IDIQ CONTRACT HOLDERS under the following contract numbers: GS-02P-07-PV-D-0007, GS-02P-07-PV-D-0009, GS-02P-07-PV-D-0010, GS-02P-07-PV-D-0011. This notice is not a solicitation for offers and no public solicitation will be issued for the services. The anticipated award date of the task order is March 31, 2010. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
