- United States Government Seeks Leased Office And Secured Ware yard Space In Gallup, NM project #: 6NM0009 The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' preferably contiguous, (minimum floor size acceptable for non-contiguous offered space is 3,225 usable square feet) office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,418 rentable square feet in Gallup, NM yielding a minimum of 6,450 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 6,773 usable square feet of space. A secured, fenced area (minimum fence height is 8 feet) or ware yard is required to house twenty (20) GSA vehicles and several small storage sheds. Ware yard must be secured and well lit. The Government requires a minimum of thirty (30) surface parking spaces for employees. Two (2) spaces shall be designated as visitor parking and two (2) spaces shall be designated as handicap parking. Parking area must be well lit. The proposed space must be located within the City Limits of Gallup, NM. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August, 2011. (I think this is still a viable date, considering typical timeframes for completing projects.) The offered space must meet or be capable of being upgraded to meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The proposed space should not be located in a flood plain. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
