- TOOLS LIST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Methods. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a "Brand Name" firm fixed price quotation is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of name brand is Snap On Tools have already previously been purchased and on hand, under warranty and will be serviced by one servicer. The solicitation number is W912LC-10-T-0016 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 effective March 31, 2009. This is a Full and Open solicitation under NAICS 423710 with a size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS.. The Government intends to issue an order based on initial quotations without discussions. Evaluation and order issuance will be in accordance with the procedures of FAR Subpart 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation. Best value for this order will be evaluated based on lowest price and then delivery time. REQUIREMENTS: All delivery costs must be included in the total firm-fixed price quote. FOB destination pricing is requested. This is a request for quote and quotations furnished are not offers. This request does not commit the Government to pay any cost incurred in the preparations of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or services. Delivery must be undertaken during regular business hours, Tuesday through Friday The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant firm-fixed price purchase order: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item(Jun 08); FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 09)--offerors shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision--a copy of the provisions can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far/ ; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 09); FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Mar 09).
