Uniforms, Direct Deposit & Release Forms Pre Award Package (PS Forms 2025 & 5472) Terms & Conditions Issue #5 Solicitation Information Synopsis: Contract Delivery Service originating out of the Murray Hill Station, FL Solicitation #300-64-10 HCR 321J0 MURRAY HILL STATION, FL - PRICHARD COVE (N.O.), FL ****This contract is a box delivery contract that carries 82 deliveries on trips 1 & 2 and delivers Express Mail to the Murray Hill Area on trips 3 & 4**** Contract requires two drivers and two vehicles. Estimated Annual Hours: 757 Estimated Annual Miles: 6,650.9 The estimated annual hours are approximately the number of hours needed to operate the trips as they are shown in the schedule. Also included in the total estimated annual hours are the number of hours needed for casing, loading/unloading and mail markup. Prior to submitting a proposal, the supplier must determine the actual hours. The estimated annual miles and per trip miles are given only as information.
