- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE NITAAC ECS III CONTRACT. THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROCUREMENT. PURSUANT TO FAR 52.204-11, AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT – REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER BY APRIL 1, 2010 AND FILE THEIR FIRST REPORT BY APRIL 10, 2010, AT WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOV. THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES/PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER IS REQUESTING A FFP QUOTE FOR VARIOUS COMPUTER EUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT.
