- Definitization of UCA for Operationally Responsive Space ORS 1 Phase II effort. This acquisition is divided into two phases in order to provide an off-ramp at Critical Design Review (CDR) as directed by the SECAF at a follow-on strategy briefing. Phase I was for final design and long lead hardware activities through CDR. Phase II is for assembly, integration & test, launch operations, on-orbit checkout. Awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-2.
