- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 12,162 rentable square feet within the Cities of Burlington, South Burlington, Colchester, and Winooski, Vermont. The space should yield between 10,576 and 11,104 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2011. Secured parking for 2 vehicles must be provided. Expressions of interest must include, at a minimum, rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing to the following address within 5 calendar days of the posting of this inquiry. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. No subleased space will be considered.
