- This Amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) VA 797-10-RP-0070 "Hospital Beds for Home Use" is to correct the title of UL Standard "UL60601-1 (2003) Medical Electrical Equipment". (The word "Electrical" was previously omitted from the title.)This amendment also requires that a copy of the test report for UL60601-1 (2003) Medical Electrical Equipment, Part 1: General Requirements for Safety, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9 and 10 be included in each Technical Volume submitted. This amendment extends the Offer Due Date/Local Time to 04-09-2010. This office is experiencing technical issues with attaching documents to FedBizOpps notices.
