- Description
- This is an award made from a Broad Agency Announcement. The contractor will research, evaluate and integrate prototype technologies that can provide Forward Operating Bases with a persistent ground surveillance system (PGSS) capability. This includes identifying technologies that can remotely detect the presence of humans and automobiles, locate the origination of incoming rounds; development of low cost platforms to mount this technology; and research renewable power sources to make the systems operate entirely through a green, self sufficient power source.
