This action has already been competed using existing 8(a) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) and awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under contract number W91QF1-07-G-0011 to T.H.R. Enterprises, Inc., 801 E 25th Street, Norfolk, VA., 23504-2635, in the amount of $337,000.00. This award is to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision (Phase II) necessary for the Design and Construction Services to install a solar hot water system and install a wind solar based electrical generating plant at Bldg 804, Fort Eustis, VA.
