- The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Texas Hold'em Tournament is a 4 month program designed to add value to club membership and recruit/retain club members. It's trendy, hot, and we want to play the game! If you think this is a good fit for your company and want to take advantage of the sponsorship opportunies with your Air Force Reserve, contact Phyllis Link at (478) 327-2101 for more information. To enhance the program and gain greater participation, we want to partner with companies interested in providing cash and in-kind for playing cards, shufflers, chips, or prizes such as vacations, airline flights and other big ticket items for our top winners. All participating AFRC clubs will host one major tournament the first Saturday of the month beginning in Jan 2006 and running through March 2006 with other practice competitions held during optimal times of the week for each of our 11 locations nationwide. Base tournaments are plan Jan, Feb, and Mar with a command level program with all eleven base winners competing for the command prize on 1 Apr in Atlanta, GA. Join us! Call (478) 327-2101.
