"RECOVERY" - revised special notice - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO the CONTRACTOR UNDER THE U.S. FISH AND WIILDLIFE SERVICE'S COST SHARING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT. THIS SPECIAL NOTICE POSTED ON 03/11/2010 WILL SUPERCEED THE SPECIAL NOTICE POSTED ON 03/09/2010 FOR THE THEODORE ROOSEVELT COMPLEX NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE WETLAND RESTORATION PROJECT. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service contemplates entering into negotiation with Ducks Unlimited Inc., the Cost Sharing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractor and to award a Firm Fix Price Task Order for the Design/Build Services for the Theodore Roosevelt Complex National Wildlife Refuge Wetland restoration project. The Theodore Roosevelt Complex consists of the following locations: Hillside National Wildlife Refuge, Panther Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, & Yazoo National Wildlife Refuge.FFS Project site #: R4MJ, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number: TAS::14 1610::TAS for the Rehabilitation of wetlands, installation of wells, and installation of water control structures. The Scope of Work to be performed is to provide personnel, materials, equipment, labor, tools and incidental items for the Design/Build Services for three (3) locations in the Theodore Roosevelt Complex Wetland restoration projects. The contractor is to The NAICS code is 237110. Estimated price range is $100,000.00 to $400,000.00. The RFQ (40181RQ084) will be issued electronically on or after March 9, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fbo.gov.
