- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. A solicitation document is not available. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to SCE-CON SCENIC SERVICES dba SCE-CON of Portsmouth, VA for a Phase 1 (Consulting) and Phase 2 (Design) including travel expenses for a Messaging Campaign for the US Army's Combat Readiness Center, Ft. Rucker, AL. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
