- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 10,455 rentable square feet in Sacramento, CA within the following delineated area: Within Sacramento, CA: North: W. Eleverta Road East: Northgate Blvd. to Del Paso Road to Natomas Blvd to W Elkhorn to CA99N West: Garden Highway South: West El Camino Ave The rentable space must yield a minimum of 9,091 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 10,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. Secured parking is required for twenty-one (21) vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Seismic, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or request for proposals): • Building name/address • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification (PIN) • Location of space in the building and date it will be available • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included • Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgment, and • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event, shall a potential Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
