- (i) This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items authorized under Subpart 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number, N68335-10-R-0106, is issued as a limited competitive request for proposals (RFP) to King Nutronics and their authorized small business distributors. (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses provided herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-29, Amendment 01. (iv) The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 333319, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) This is a Foreign Military Sale acquisition of one (1) each, Auto Pressure Calibrator, P/N 3666-10K-3, for use by the Republic of Korea Navy in support of calibration for the P-3 Turbo-Prop Engine Test System as specified in Instrument Calibration Procedure (ICP) 17-20MX-180. The King Nutronics Auto Pressure Calibrator is identified as the required Calibration Standand in support of the Republic of Korea Navy P-3 Turbo-Prep Engine Test System and is also identified in 52 additional ICP’s. (vi) Delivery shall be 1 each, 90 days after contract award. Inspection shall be at Destination and Acceptance shall be at Destination. FOB is Destination. Ship all items to: N00421, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER, BLDG 512, VAUGHN ROAD, PATUXENT RIVER, MD 20607, ATTN: Bob Denson, PKSE44, TEST CELL (301) 342-4584. (vii) The Government requires a Certificate of Conformance. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference. Addendum 52.212-1: All offerors competing for award are required to provide a proposal electronically to shannan.germond@navy.mil. All proposals must include information regarding the make/model and technical specifications of the item being proposed. (vix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference. Addendum 52.212-2 Para (a): Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The price proposal will be evaluated to determine the offerors prices are realistic, accurate and reasonable.
