- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 5,088 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 4,425ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The offeror must be able to provide parking for six (6) government owned vehicles. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Year lease term DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: The intersection of 17th Street and Market Street. East on Market Street to 25th Street. South on 25th Street to Rudy Street. East on Rudy Street to 29th Street. South on 29th Street to Route 83. West on Route 83 to 19th Street. South on 19th Street to Paxon. West on Paxon to 13th Street. North on 13th Street to Berryhill. East on Berryhill to 17th Street. North on 17th Street to the intersection of Market Street (point of beginning). EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) Floorplans of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 7) Indicate whether the offered building is within a 100-year floodplain. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
