Description
THIS AD IS BEING MODIFIED TO EXPAND THE DELINEATED AREA. SEE BELOW FOR THE REVISED BORDERS. The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 6,182 rentable square feet of office space, yielding 5,375 ANSI/BOMA Office area (formerly usable) square feet of modern office space in Albuquerque, NM. BUILDING REQUIREMENT: The facility must be professional in appearance, well maintained, of modern design, and of sound and substantial construction. The space shall be located in a professional office setting. The space should be contiguous on one floor with the potential for efficient layout. The requested space must be fully serviced, and in a building capable of being altered to meet the Government's needs and security requirements as well as the Government's requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. LOCATION / DELINEATED AREA: The building offered must be located in Albuquerque, NM, within the following boundaries: North: Academy Rd. NE East: Louisiana Blvd. NE South: I-40 West: I-25 LEASE TERM: The term is for five (5) years, three (3) years firm. Expressions of interest should include the following: •1. Building name and address. •2. Floor plans of space offered. •3. Confirm BOMA method of measurement, usable yield for available space by floor, and building common area factor. •4. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. Owners and Authorized Agents: Brokers and agents may represent prospective landlords, but any properties or proposals submitted by the brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
