Description
DD254 Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment A Solicitation This is a synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has requirement for SUN Microsystems support of hardware, software and firmware. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside to those who are capable of providing maintenance on SUN equipment. If you are able to meet this requirement, please submit a quote in accordance with the stipulations set forth below. 1. All quotes must list the salient characteristics of the items proposed. 2. The total price quote should include shipping/handling, FOB Destination and any other ancillary costs, as relevant. 3. The quote shall include not only the total price, but should also be broken out into price per unit. 4. The quote will be evaluated based on price and technical acceptability. Award will be made to the offeror with the LOWEST PRICED DEEMED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. If two or more quotes are equal in all respects, the Government will choose a winnder in accordance with FAR Part 14.408-6. 5. Delivery Timetable: No longer than 30 days from the date of award. 6. All supplies or equipment must be new, not refurbished or remanufactured. 7. ONLY e-mail responses to this solicitation will be accepted and cannot exceed 3MB. All quotes are due by 2:00pm EST on 26 March 2010 by 12:00pm. 8.
