- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg (MICCC-FB) would like to invite interested contractors to the second industry day regarding the services in support of the US Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) and its subordinate elements, the United States Army Armor Center, and the United States Army Infantry Center. The conference will be held on Thursday, April 1st 2010 from 0900-1200 at the Headquarters Infantry Center, Building 4, Classroom 6, Ft Benning, GA. Please allow extra time for entry through the gate as Fort Benning is a closed Restricted Military Installation and your vehicle will be searched at the entrance gate. Be sure to have proper photo identification, drivers license, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance. A registration form has been attached for your participation in the 2nd MCOE conference. Registrations for the conference must be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Friday, 26th March 2010. The conference facility is limited to 200 people. Request that interested industry partners only bring a maximum of three (3) representatives. Registration will be conducted on a first come basis. Industry partners who do not register may not be allowed to participate depending on number of registered attendees so registration is highly encouraged. Interested industry participants and candidates can find a copy of the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-10-R-0002 and Attachments on or around Thursday, March 18th 2010 at the Army Single Face Industry website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/; or the Federal Business Opportunities website, https://www.fbo.gov. The Government will respond to written questions ONLY after the convention is held from April 2nd 2010 through April 9th 2010. The Government will not reimburse industry for any costs associated with participating in this conference. NOTE: Alion Science and Technology has been supporting the Government throughout the development of the acquisition strategy. The company is performing under an accepted Organizational Conflict of Interest mitigation plan and has not been excluded from participating at this time. Alion Science and Technology has not and will not be involved with the review or evaluation or any information submitted by industry in conjunction with this acquisition.
