- NOTICE OF INTENT - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order for Dexterra Software Maintenance under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, to Antenna Software, 111 Town Square Place, Jersey City, NJ 07310 under Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c )(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), as only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Antenna Software is a small business. Antenna Software is the sole manufacturer and authorized maintenance provider for Dexterra Software Maintenance. The NAICS code for the Dexterra Software Maintenance is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Request for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested small business concerns may identify their capabilities in writing by responding to this notice by 2:00 PM EST on March 25, 2010. The point of contact for response is Mr. Rodney Gartrell, Rodney.Gartrell@dhs.gov. All capability information must in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating bona fide capabilities to provide the services required. Capability statements shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Verbal responses shall not be considered. All questions concerning this notice shall be sent to Mr. Rodney Gartrell at Rodney.Gartrell@dhs.gov no later than 2:00PM EST on March 17, 2010.
