- This pre-solicitation notice is for Custodial Services in Charleston, WV. The award will be a fixed price requirements contract with a base period and one option periods and is subject to availability of funds. The target start date is 1 Apr 10. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified as Government-furnished, custodial services. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 size standard of $16.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be a SDVOB, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 Mar 10 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
