- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Yuma, AZ The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of 14,864 rentable square feet in Yuma, AZ within the following delineated area: North: West 24th Street to east 24th Street East: South Avenue 8 East West: Avenue B (Route 95) South: East County 15th Street to West County 15th Street The space should yield between 12,925 to 14,218 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Forty-six (46) secured, reserved parking spaces are required. Space should be available for occupancy by November 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
