- Description
- The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Billings MT, intends to award a sole source contract for software enhancement, maintenance, and technical support, to the Center for Advanced Decision Support for Water and Environmental Systems (CADSWES), University of Colorado Boulder, Campus Box 421 UCB, Boulder, CO 80309-0421. A Justification and Approval has been prepared for this requirement. The services for this contract are to provide RiverWare software enhancements, software maintenance, and technical support for the Upper Colorado Water Operations Group within the Bureau of Reclamation. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract. This requirement is intended as a sole source contract due to the fact that CADSWES has physical and proprietary possession of the RiverWare source code, which is required for effective software maintenance, enhancement, and technical support. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is March 19, 2010.
