- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for a bridge contract to continue professional support services in support of Naval Special Warfare (NSW) pending award of the follow-on SeaPort task order under a separate SeaPort solicitation, N00024-09-R-3253. As such, NAVSEA intends to award a sole source contract to TMASC Joint Venture 13990 Parkeast Circle, Chantilly, VA 20151. The Cost Plus Fix Fee contract will be for continuing professional support services of PMS NSW's highly interrelated product lines in the task areas of: strategic planning support and professional engineering services; concept development and requirement analysis support; system design, engineering and integration support; test and evaluation support; integrated logistics support; acquisition and lifecycle management support; and informational technology support. The contract will also include a requirement for Not Separately Priced Data and Other Direct Costs on a Cost only basis. The contract will consist of a two month base performance period for approximately 14,000 man hours with six one month options of approximately 7,000 man hours per month. Anticipated award is early 3rd Quarter GFY 2010. The contractor is expected to begin work upon award. The contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
