A costfactor of $10,000. will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of alloffers for whom the government will require such testing. This acquisition willbe 100% HUBZone set-aside. Drawings/technical data package is available throughthe NECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil This website will provide contractors witha direct link to FedTeds for the drawings/techincal data package. All offerorsmust be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.Additionally, all offerors must be registered in ORCA. Offerors must check theon-line application at https://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx. All offerors arenotified that a reverse auction may be conducted in response to thesolicitation.
