- On behalf of SAF/AQ, the CDL Executive Agent, and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Intelligence, the CDL Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking potential sources capable of providing specification support for the CDL family of waveforms and North Atlantic Treaty Organization Standard Agreement documents (NATO STANAG) 7085 and 4586, and other standards as appropriate. CDL is the Department of Defense (DoD) standard for all airborne manned and unmanned platforms with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions. STANAG 7085 provides the interoperability standards for three classes of data links used for NATO ISR data transmission and STANAG 4586 outlines the standard interface of the Unmanned Control System for NATO unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) interoperability. The CDL PMO is seeking potential sources that are interested and capable of providing Specification Support in the following areas: a) Specification Support; b) CDL Program Support; c) Program Management; d) Security and Privacy; e) Verification and Validation. Sources should consider their ability to incorporate multiple CDL vendors' expertise in analyzing and upgrading the specification, their ability to provide robust verification/validation of CDL specifications, and their ability to perform studies and analyses, as needed, throughout specification development.
