- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, project record documents, and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for Project STL 10-0020, Repair Rooms 25, 29, 33 and 37, Building 36, Section 1E. Repair work consists of walls, raised flooring, paint, ceiling, carpet, lighting and power, and HVAC systems. The work shall be performed by a firm with demonstrated experience in building construction and office renovation work. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA Requirements. The performance period for this project is 150 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $33.5M. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63118.
