- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W9127Q-10-T-0012 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is not set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332995. The following services are intended to be purchased for the Government: Work to be performed on the MPRC-H 5 through 30 April listed below. 32 each data repeaters to be installed 32 each data each data power supplies to be installed All data breakout boxes located on the range to be updated 84 each lightning suppressor boards to be installed 12 each armored moving target carriers need various repairs 6 each will have motors replaced 6 each will have speed reducers replaced 6 each PC assembly target control module A 6 each PC assembly target control module B 6 each PC assembly target control module C 6 each encoder wheel assembly units to be replaced 12 each adapter motor to gear reducers to be replaced 6 each DC proximity sensor harness kits installed 6 each PC assembly Encoder input cards installed 6 each hub splined 1 inch bore to be installed 6 each shaft adapter encoders to be installed In quoting please include cost of travel to include number of travel days, working hours per day for the on-site support, and number of estimated days for the work to be done.
