- The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-08-G-1177 on a sole source basis to McNally Industries, LLC, 340 W. Benson Street, Grantsburg, WI 54840-0129. McNally shall supply four (4) sets of ammunition hoist modification kits, and the shipboard services required to install them, to upgrade MK 6 Lower Hoist Loading Station Assemblies to the Deployable Configuration for the CG-47 class cruisers, as part of the Cruiser Modernization Program (CMP.) McNally Industries is the only known producer of these upgrade kits and is the only company known to have the expert-knowledge required to perform the work described above.
