- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5 has a requirement to replace the boat ramp at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Essex County, Newburyport, MA. The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing boat ramp in accordance with the statement of work. Solicitation number 50181AR009 will be posted on or about April 5, 2010, and may be viewed through a link to the National Business Center Interior electronic acquisition system-Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov Proposals will be due by 4:00 pm EST on Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal site visit scheduled for 10:00 am EST on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. The period of performance is forty-five (45) days from notice to proceed. The magnitude of work is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code corresponding to this work is 237990, with a small business standard of $33.5 million dollars annually. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to this contract. This procurement is set-aside for small business. All responsible, qualified sources may submit a proposal for consideration. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov to receive a contract award.
