- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for Supply Room Caging, Caging for secure Duffle Bag Storage, Supply Room shelving and storage cabinets to be delivered to the Vincennes Armory, 1514 Emison Street, Vincennes, IN. 47591. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Vendors can make an on-site visit to obtain their own accurate measurements. Coordinate your site visits with SSG Auxier 812-882-7405 x16. All items need to be delivered within 30 days of contract award. Proposals will be submitted at the Contracting Officers address per instructions included in the solicitation. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/. All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
