- RFQ # WA-10-03012 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the purchase and delivery of nine Radio Transceiver Systems. The purchased and delivery of the radio systems is outlined in attachments (1), (2), and (3). All offers are due by 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, on March 19, 2010. Quotes shall be submitted by email to eric.washington@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ-WA-10-03012. Award will be made to the offer deemed best value to the Government. All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be address in writing to the Contract Specialist, Eric Washington at email: eric.washington@faa.gov. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any cost attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals. Therefore any cost associated with the proposal submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. Proposals from unsuccessful offers will not be returned to the offerer. The Contracting Officer will destroy all copies. No notice will be sent to unsuccessful offers. Only one proposal from each offerer shall be considered. The FAA reserves the right to reject, as unacceptable, incomplete or technically unacceptable proposals received. Interested firms must complete and submit all attachments, business declaration form, and bid price sheets.
