- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for Fed Biz Ops. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Provide trees, all labor, equipment and supervision to plant 3 (three) Platanus Acerifolia Bloodgood Trees, 9 to 10 inch caliper at Arlington National Cemetery. Planting Performance Statement of Work and planting instructions are contained as attachments to this document. 0003. Provide Maintenance on planted trees in CLIN 00001 and 00002 for 1 Year.
