- The solicitation issue date (POSTED TO DIBBS WEBSITE) is MARCH 31, 2010. Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a Base period of one year plus four one year options with an estimated annual demand of 5 unit (See solicitation for additional details). NSN 1560-00-777-8413 will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside; Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Tip Assembly, Elevator utilized on the C-130 Aircraft Program. The Item is Critical Application; Configuration Control Applies; for which Export Control Bidset and Electronic Mylars apply. A Gov't First Article Test is required 1 TE = 2 units. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
