- Description
- The USDA Forest Service is offering a Request for Quotation which will result in the issuance of multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's) with those parties determined to be qualified to perform work relating to Vegetation Restoration on the Huron-Manistee National Forests. Five basic areas of work activity are outlined and interested parties can submit for any 1 or more of the activity type areas. The five basic areas of work include: vegetation inventory/sampling; site preparation of ground for seeding/planting; native plant seeding; growing of native plant containerized materials; and out-planting of native plant materials. As a future project is identified, a brief project-specific Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued to all parties with BOA's. Maps, prescriptions, and any site-specific information for the particular areas will be included in the future RFQ. Those BOA holders who are interested in the specific project may submit quotes (award based on price alone).
